To be honest I would rather be a boss/employer/entrepreneur. I grew up in a family where everyone owns and operates their own businesses. For a time while I might be studying or doing an apprenticeship I will be an employee to gain experience in that field or trade. After a few years, I will then want to launch my own business.
The reason for my choice is I grew up watching my family, parents, and grandparents run their businesses, never backing down, never letting hard times beat them down, and always going after their goals and achieving them. I believe that I will follow in their footsteps and hit the ground running.

ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic answer to this connection question Nico. You sound like you have many positive role models around you. Are they all in similar types of businesses? It is good you realise that everyone starts somewhere as far as learning the job and everything about the business, by being an employee first.
